EFFECT
Here you can select effect settings. For an effect, you can select either GUITAR, INSERT, MASTER, or FINAL as the effect assign (insert location). (→ p.67: “EFFECT ASSIGN”) An effect program consists of up to eight effect modules together. You can edit an effect program in various ways, such as by switching each effect module on/off and edit- ing its settings. Edited effect programs can be saved in the user area. (→ p.40)
The number of effect pages and their contents will differ depending on the type of effect. The effect will not be dis- played if the effect assign setting is “Off.”
When an effect page is selected, the [TRACK] faders
When you are in an effect page, the “REC SELECT” record select keys will select the effect to be edited. By repeatedly pressing the same key, you can switch the corresponding effect on/off.

This selects the effect program. The effects that can be selected will depend on the insert location. For the effects available for each insert location, refer to “Effect Program List” (→ p.81). Numbers preceded by a “U” (e.g., “U00”) are user area programs in which you can store effect pro- grams that you yourself created.
