12.1 VIKTIG

1.Slapp av i hele kroppen, spesielt området mellom albuen og fingrene. Legg albuen på et bord slik at mansjetten befinner seg i samme høyde som hjertet.

Hjertet er litt under armhulen.

2.Hvis mansjetten ikke er i samme høyde som hjertet, eller hvis du ikke er i stand til å holde armen helt stille under avlesingen, kan du f.eks. bruke et sammenlagt håndkle til å støtte armen.

3.Snu håndflaten opp. Sitt rett i stolen og ta 5-6 dype pust. Len deg ikke tilbake mens målingen utføres.

2.For å avbryte målingen, trykker du på en hvilken som helst knapp. Man- sjetten tømmes for luft umiddelbart etter at en knapp er trykket.
