Quick Start / Manual Program

The Quick Start / Manual program lets you start a workout without entering any information.

1.Sit on the machine.

2.Push the QUICK START button to start the QUICK START / MANUAL program.

3.To change the resistance level, push the Increase/Decrease buttons. The current interval and future intervals are set to the new level. The default Quick Start resistance level is 3. The time will count up from 00:00.

Note: The maximum time value is 99:59.

4.Push STOP when done with your workout.

Guest User / Profile Program

The Guest User / Profile program lets you select a profile workout without entering any informa- tion.

1.Sit on the machine.

2.Push and hold the the START/ENTER button for 3 seconds.

3.Use the Increase() or Decrease() buttons to select one of the profile programs. Push START/ENTER to select the profile program.

4.Use the Increase() and Decrease() buttons to adjust the workout time. Push START/EN- TER.

Note: The range of values for TIME is 5 - 99 minutes; the default value is 30:00.

5.Use the Increase() and Decrease() buttons to adjust the resistance level. Push START/ ENTER.

Note: The range of values for LEVEL is 1 - 16; the default resistance level is 3.

6.Push the START/ENTER button to start the profile workout. The time will count down from the set time.
