USING ADVANCED FEATURES

Call Pickup

To answer a call that is ringing at another phone in your Pickup Group:

1.Press FCT.

2.Use the scroll keys (*<, >#) or the Vol buttons to select Group Pickup.

3.Press the SND.

The call is re-routed to your phone.

To answer a call that is ringing at another extension that is not in your Pickup Group:

1.Press FCT.

2.Use the scroll keys (*<, >#) or the Vol buttons to select Call Pickup.

3.Press SND.

4.Dial the number of the ringing extension.

5.Press SND.

The call is re-routed to your phone.

Call Park Retrieve

Call Park lets you retrieve a call that the system attendant has put on Hold. Usually, the attendant pages you to announce the call and the digits you need to dial to retrieve it.

To retrieve a parked call:

1.Press FCT.

2.Use the scroll keys (*<, >#) or the Vol buttons to select UnparkCall.

3.Press SND.

4.Dial the digits announced by the attendant.

5.Press SND.
