Copy the entire directory to another handset

1.Select Dir then scroll to Copy All and select OK.

2.Scroll or to choose the handset to copy the directory to and select OK. The displays shows Copying to Handset x, during the transfer.

3.The receiving handset briefly shows Copying from Handset X (where X is the handset number that the copied entries are coming from). Once an entry has been successfully copied it shows the name of the entry for a few seconds. The display then returns to standby when the directory has been copied.

4.At the first handset, choose another handset to copy the directory to or press to exit.

When you copy the entire directory to another handset it will add to the entries already stored.

IMPORTANT

If you are trying to copy more entries into the list than there is space for (maximum 100 entries) then the directory entries to be copied will replace the existing entries on the destination handset.
