With some switchboards, after dialling the access code you may have to wait for a moment while the switchboard picks up an outside line so you will need to enter a pause in the dialling sequence.

1.When storing a number in the directory, at the point you want to insert a pause, press and hold down .

Recall

The (Recall) button is used when connected to certain switchboards (PBXs) and with some BT Calling Features, or equivalent services available via your Network Provider.
