■Try cleaning the charging contacts.

You hear the busy tone when you press

■Make sure the handset is in range of the base.

■Another handset may be in use.

No Caller Display information is displayed

■Have you subscribed to a Caller Display service from your network provider, see page 24.

■The caller may have withheld their number.

■An exact number match was not found in the Directory. Check that you have stored the full number, including the dialling code.
