6.Select OK to complete registration.

The handset will be automatically assigned the next available handset number, which is shown in the display.

Select a base

If your BT Freestyle 6100 handset is registered to more than one base, you can select which base to use.

1.Select Menu, scroll to Registration and select OK.

2.Scroll or to Select Base and select OK. The base that your handset is currently connected to is displayed.

3.Scroll or through all the bases that the handset is registered to marked with a # symbol. Once you have chosen a base, select OK.

4.The displays shows Registered to Base X (where X is the base number the handset is registered to).

De-register a handset

1.Select Menu, scroll to Registration and select OK.

2.Scroll to De-registerand select OK.

3.Enter your system PIN (default: 0 0 0 0 ), then select OK.

4.Scroll or to choose a handset to de-register. Select OK. The display shows Handset X de-registered.

You cannot de-register the handset you are using. To de-register this handset, another registered handset must be used.

As you cannot de-register the handset you are using it will not include its own number when in de-registration mode.
