Range indicator

Indicates that the handset is registered and you are in range of the base.

Flashes when the base is out of range.

New calls indicator*

Displayed when you have new (unread) entries in the Calls list, page 24. The icon will continue to flash until you have viewed all new calls.

Handsfree

Indicates when handsfree is switched on, page 15.

Keypad locked

Indicates the keypad is locked, page 16.

Alarm set

Indicates an alarm is set, page 31.

In use

Displayed when making or receiving a call, page 13.

Battery status

Shows the battery charge level.

A ‘scrolling’ battery icon is displayed when the handset is on charge.

Fully charged.

Half charged.

Battery low.

Empty.

Upper case selected

Displayed when you have upper case character lock on, page 19.
