Message alert beeps

When you receive a text message, the message alert beeps will sound. These beeps can be switched on or off.

1.Press Menu to open the main menu.

2.Press or until SMS is displayed, then press Menu .

3.Press or until SMS Settings is displayed and press Menu .

4.Press or until Msg Alert is displayed and press

Menu .

5. Press	or	to select On or Off and press Menu
to confirm.

6. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.

If you select On, you will hear a sample of the alert beeps.
