Registering your BT Elements handset to another base

1.Follow the instructions shown in the other manufacturer’s guide to put the base into registration mode.

2.Follow steps 2 to 6 of ‘Registering a new BT Elements handset’ on page 53 to register the handset.

Select a base

If your BT Elements handset is registered to more than one base, you can select which base to use. Alternatively, if you select Auto your handset will automatically select the base with the best reception.

1.Press Menu to open the main menu.

2.Press or until Register is displayed, then press

Menu .

3. Press or to highlight Select Base and press

Menu .

4.Press or to select a base number (1 to 4) or select Auto and press Menu to confirm.

5.Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.

When selecting a base, the currently selected base number flashes.

If an invalid base selection is entered, you will hear the error tone.
