To save changes long press the PTT button. The radio will return to “Idle” Advanced Configuration Mode. To exit Advanced Configuration Mode, long press the PTT button to return to normal radio operation. Whenever the radio wraps around to the beginning of the Advanced Configuration Mode options, the changes will be automatically saved, even if the radio is turned OFF.
To exit Advanced Configuration Mode without saving changes (as long as the radio has not return to the beginning), turn the radio OFF.
