Message Full Indication

The XCA4500 has a maximum record time of 13 minutes and 42 seconds or up to 40 incoming messages. When the memory is full, the Answering System will not record incoming calls. To return the system to normal operation, follow these steps.

1.When the memory is full, the phone will ring 10 times before the announcement “No remaining time for incoming messages” plays.

2.The Message Counter LED on the Base Unit displays the FL warning.
