USING BASE BUTTONS

Record A Memo

You can record a memo up to four minutes long to store as a new incoming message.

1Press r. Both Mailbox lights flash and the screen displays

PLEASE SELECT MAILBOX FOR MEMO.

2Press P for the mailbox where you wish to store

the memo. Speak toward the microphone. The screen displays

RECORDING MEMO IN MAILBOX.

3Press P or ragain to stop recording.

You can press at any time during recording to exit recording mode and delete the memo.

Record a Phone Conversation

You can record up to four minutes of a telephone conversation to be stored as an old message. While on a call:

1Press r.

2Press P or ragain to stop recording the conversation before the four minutes are up.

If only one line is in use, the conversation will be automatically stored in the mailbox for that line. If the call involves both lines or is an intercom call, the conversation will be recorded in Mailbox 1.

You can press at any time during recording to exit recording mode and delete the recorded conversation.
