Transmit/Receive CIR1	The Committed Information Rate (CIR) to and from the provider. Default values may be
	used unless instructed by provider. Value should be the same for both voice and data
	PVCs.
	There are three values associated with CIR:
	• Committed Burst Size (Bc)
	• Circuit throughput
	• Excess Burst Size (Be)
	Leave each of these settings at default values unless instructed otherwise by the service
	provider.
