View the Calls list

1. From standby, press Calls to open the Calls list.

2. Press Redial or Calls to scroll through the list.

3. If the name is displayed, press to display the number.

Press again to see the date and time of the call.

Dial a number in the Calls list

1. Press Calls then scroll Redial or Calls through the list to the entry you want.

2. Press to dial the displayed entry.

Copy a number from the Calls list to the phonebook

1. Press

Calls

then scroll Redial or Calls through the list to the entry

you want.

. The displays shows save ENTRY. Press

again.

3. Use the keypad to enter or edit the name, then press .

4. Edit the number if necessary, then press .

5. The default melody is displayed and played. Press Redial or Calls if you want to change the melody, then press Menu to confirm.

You will hear a confirmation beep and the handset will show saved.

Delete an entry in the Calls list

1. Press

Calls

then scroll Redial

or Calls through the list to the entry

you want.

and scroll Calls

to DELETE ENTRY.

Delete the entire Calls list

1. Press Calls .

2. Press Menu and scroll Calls to DELETE ALL.

3. Press Menu . Display shows delete all ?

4. Press Menu to confirm or Secrecy to cancel.

If the telephone number is longer

then 12 digits, press to toggle between the rest of the number and the received time and date.

If the name you enter already exists in the phonebook the display shows entry exists for 2 seconds. Enter a different name to store the entry.
