Programming a free key

1 The display will offer a set of functions to enable you to programme the free keys directly (see the list on page 30). Another set of functions is used when programming the free keys after dialling the code for the function you wish to activate.

Select a function, or dial a number or a function code.

Select the key you want to programme.

Programming your personal directory

Dial the internal or external number you want to store.

For external numbers, remember the initial number ("9" for UK.)

and select the key on the keypad that you want to allocate to it.
