Forwarding your calls to your pager

This enables people to page you if you are somewhere in the building.

1.Dial the code for the "Immediate forward" function.

2.Dial the paging number.

The display screen will acknowledge receipt.

Replying when your pager sounds

If you are away from your office but still in the building, and your pager bleeps, you can reply to it from any company phone.

1.Dial the code for the "Paging reply" function.

2.Dial your own terminal number. You will be put through to the person who paged you.

Calling back the last internal caller whose call went unanswered

You can call the last internal caller back, even without knowing who it was.

1.Lift the receiver.

2.Dial the code for the "Last caller call back" function. The last caller's identity will be displayed.
