Entering a programmed conference

At a prearranged time, you can join in a telephone conference of up to 29 people including yourself, both internal and external (depends on configuration).

A confidential access code will have been defined in advance by the participants. The number of digits in this code will be decided by your system administrator. Dial the code for the "Meet me conference" function (*), followed by the confidential access code.

If you are the first to join the conference you will hear a waiting tone.

If not, you will join the conference and the display screen will show you how many people are taking part.

You can leave the conference at any time by hanging up. If there is no more room in the conference, you will hear the engaged tone.

Introducing a caller to the conference
