Using the Basic Features of Your SoundPoint IP 550 Phone

Press and select Call Lists > Placed Calls, and then scroll through the list to find the specific call.

2.Press the Dial soft key.

Note

These steps also apply to the Missed Call and Received Call lists.

 

 

Putting a Call on Hold

During a call, press or the Hold soft key. This will be indicated on the graphic display by the hold icon as the line indicator.

Press again or the Resume soft key to retrieve the call. The registered line icon appears as the line indicator.

Note

As using the Hold feature typically generates music or a beeping tone, avoid putting

 

a conference call on hold.
