Making calls
1 Lift the handset and dial the phone number.
LTo correct a digit, press {C}, then enter the correct number.
2 Press {C}.
3 When finished talking, press {ih} or place the handset on the base unit.
To adjust the receiver volume
You can select the desired receiver volume from level 1 to 3.
While talking, press {e} or {v}.
Redial feature
To redial the last number dialled Press {C}, then press {R}.
To make a call using the redial list
The last 10 phone numbers dialled are stored in the redial list.

Telephone

1Press {R}.

LThe last number dialled will be displayed.

2Press {v} repeatedly to select the number.

LTo exit the list, press {ih}.

3Press {C}.

To edit a number in the redial list before calling it

1Press {R}.

2Press {v} repeatedly to select the number, then press {>}.

3Press {v} repeatedly to display “EDIT CALL NO”, then press {>}.

LThe first digit of the number will flash.

4Press {<} or {>} to move the cursor to

the right of where you want to edit the number.

5Edit the number.

LTo erase a digit, press {C}.

6Press {C}.

To erase numbers in the redial list

1Press {R}.

2Press {v} repeatedly to select the number, then press {>}.

3Press {v} repeatedly to display “CLEAR”, then press {>}.

LIf you want to erase all numbers in the list, select “ALL CLEAR”.

4Press {v} repeatedly to display “YES”, then press {>}.

LTo erase other numbers, repeat from step 2.

5Press {ih}.

To store a number from the redial list into the phonebook

1Press {R}.

2Press {v} repeatedly to select the number, then press {>}.

3Press {v} repeatedly to display “SAVE TEL NO”, then press {>}.

4Press {j}.

5Enter the name (9 characters max.; see the character table on page 11).

6Press {j}.

Other features

Key lock

The dial keys can be locked so that no calls can be made. Only incoming calls will be accepted while key lock is on.

To turn on key lock, press {j} for about 2 seconds.
