Making calls
Using the handset
1Lift the handset and dial the phone number.
R To correct a digit, press MCLEARN.
2Press M N or MCALLN.
3When you finish talking, press MOFFN or place the handset on the base unit or charger.
Using the speakerphone
1Dial the phone number and press MZN. R Speak alternately with the other party.
2When you finish talking, press MOFFN.
Note:
RFor best performance, use the speakerphone in a quiet environment.
RTo switch back to the receiver, press MZN/ MN.
Making a call using the redial list
The last 5 phone numbers dialed are stored in the redial list (each 48 digits max.).
1MEN REDIAL
2MbN: Select the desired phone number.

Storing a number to the phonebook
Phone numbers of up to 24 digits can be stored in the phonebook.
1MEN REDIAL
2MbN: Select the desired phone number. a MSAVEN
3To store the name, continue from step 3, “Editing entries”, page 23.
Erasing a number in the redial list

2MbN: Select the desired phone number. a MERASEN

Using the base unit
1Dial the phone number.
R To correct a digit, press MCLEARN.

3When the other party answers, speak into the microphone.
R Speak alternately with the other party.
4When you finish talking, press MZN.
Note:
RFor best performance, use the speakerphone in a quiet environment.
RWhile on a call, you can switch from the base unit to the handset:
–Press MN on the handset, then press MZN on the base unit with the call sharing mode on (page 29).
–If the handset is on the base unit, simply lift it.
