Using the Other Line During a Conversation

During a conversation, if the other line indicator flashes red, an incoming call is being received on the line. You can answer the second call while holding the first call. You can also make a call without terminating the first call.

Ex: If you are using LINE1

Press (HOLD) to put the first

call (LINE1) on hold.

 

³The LINE1 indicator lights

 

green.

 

³If you are using the handset,

 

place it on the cradle.

Press the other line button

(LINE2/DATA) and either lift

the handset or press (SP-PHONE/HEADSET) to make or answer a second call.

To return to the first call (LINE1), press

the line button for the first call (LINE1).
