KNOW YOUR DRILL-DRIVER

See Figure 1, page 12.

The safe use of this product requires an understanding of the information on the tool and in this operator’s manual as well as a knowledge of the project you are attempting. Before use of this product, familiarize yourself with all operating features and safety rules.

BIT STORAGE

When not in use, bits provided with your drill-driver can be placed in the storage area located on the base of the motor housing.

FORWARD/REVERSE SELECTOR (DIRECTION OF ROTATION SELECTOR)

Your drill-driver has a forward/reverse selector located above the switch trigger. Setting the direction of rotation selector in the OFF (center lock) position helps reduce the possibility of accidental starting when not in use.

KEYLESS CHUCK

Your drill-driver has a keyless chuck that allows you to hand tighten or release drill bit in the chuck jaws.

RIGHT ANGLE DESIGN

The drill-driver’s right angle head design allows you to get into tight work areas for drilling and driving.

SWIVELING BATTERY FOOT

The drill-driver’s swiveling battery foot design positions the battery pack in the most convenient location.

VARIABLE SPEED SWITCH TRIGGER

The variable speed switch trigger on your drill-driver deliv- ers higher speed with increased trigger pressure. Speed is controlled by the amount of switch trigger depression.
