4.With assistance, place the intake barrel over the large cyclone funnel and align the mount- ing holes as illustrated in Figure 17.

NOTICE

When connecting parts that have a gasket applied to the mounting surface, always tighten the fasteners in a diagonal and rota- tional manner to ensure the gasket does not become crimped and compromise the seal.

5.Connect the intake barrel and large cyclone funnel with (12) 516"-18 x 114" hex bolts, (24) 516" flat washers, and (12) 516"-18 hex nuts in the mounting holes—excluding the left and right hole of the groups of three (see Figure 18).

6.Install the four cyclone mounting brackets with (8) 38"-16 x 114" hex bolts, (16) 38" flat washers, and (8) 38"-16 lock nuts (see Figures 17 & 19).

Blower Housing and Intake Barrel Assemblies

1.Apply the 3 x 6 x 2500mm gasket to the top mating surface of the intake barrel assem- bly.

2.Keeping the intake barrel assembly on the floor, lower the blower housing assembly over and approximately one inch away from the intake barrel assembly.

3.Using two punches or Phillips screwdrivers as alignment guides (see Figure 20), lower the blower housing assembly onto the intake barrel assembly.
