SETTling[:TIME] [ROUTe:]SETTling[:TIME] <channel_list> sets the delay between receipt of a channel closing trigger, and the pulse when the FET channel is closed. You must specify one and only one channel for each card in the instrument which has a channel in the channel list, and the <time> will then apply to all channels on the card. The range is 1 to 32768 μsec.
