D. Blower Replacement

1.Remove surround from unit.

2.Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove 8-32 screw, washer and bushing assemblies holding left side panel in place. Remove panel. Figure 21.1

3.Disconnect the wires from the blower.

4.Remove three wing nuts as shown. Figure 22.1

5.Remove blower assembly from unit

6.Using phillips head screwdriver, remove two 8-32 sheet- metal holding the blower mount bracket to the blower shield. Figure 22.2

7.Remove four 8-32 machine screws holding blower to blower mount bracket.

8.Re-install in reverse order. Be certain that the hold down bracket’s screws are completely seated in the grom- ments and insulation board is place properly.
