All installations and services must be performed by qualified service personnel.

MANIFOLD REMOVAL AND ORIFICE CHANGE

: Make sure that pipe dope or sealant certified to be resistant to the action of liquefied petroleum gases is used on all threaded joints.

: The gas supply shall be shut off prior to disconnecting the electrical power before proceeding with the conversion.

1.Shut off gas to the furnace at the main manual gas shut off valve and power to the furnace at the disconnect switch.

2.Disconnect the furnace from the gas supply system at the pipe union.

3.Remove the burner box cover by removing the outer row of screws holding the cover.
