Print a multiple choice report

It is possible to print a multiple choice voting script.

iNote

This is only possible if the script contains multiple choice questions and no information of other voting types

To print a multiple choice voting script:

Select the ‘File’ menu and click on ‘Multiple Choice’.

From the drop-down menu click on ‘Print Report’.

The following dialogue box will appear:

Select the ‘Page Header:’ edit field.

A descriptive name of the voting may be entered up to 80 characters long. This text box may be left blank.

You can specify whether the total results only should be printed. To do this:

Click on the ‘Total only’ tick box.

A tick () indicates that this function is enabled.

Select the ‘Number of Copies:’ field and type in the required number (maximum nine).

i Tip

The up and down arrow buttons on the right- hand side of this field can be used to scroll to the required number.

Once you have specified all parameters:

Click on the ‘Print’ push button.

3.6.3 Printing voting results automatically

It is possible to specify that the results of a voting be automatically printed when the voting is finished. To do so:

Select the ‘Settings’ menu and click on ‘Automatic

Printing...’.

The following dialogue box appears:

To enable or disable automatic printing:

Click on the ‘Print after stop’ tick box.

A tick () indicates that the function is enabled. You can also select printing parameters. To specify the title of the printed voting result:

Select the ‘Page Header:’ text box.

A descriptive name of the voting may be entered up to 80 characters long. This text box may also be left blank. You can specify whether the print out of the selected voting includes the total results, group results, individual results or the names of the delegates who abstained from voting.

Any combination of ‘Total’, ‘Group’, ‘Individual’ and ‘Abstain votes’ can be chosen.

iNote

If ‘Abstain votes’ is chosen, the names of abstaining delegates will be printed whether the voting is open or closed.
