Warranty

Your Yeoman retailer provides you with a Two Year Warranty

for your new stove. However, this specifically excludes

naturally wearing parts or ‘consumables’ such glass, firebricks and rope seal and the use of non-authorized fuel such as petro-cokes. Furthermore, for the warranty to be valid, your stove must have been installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the second year’s warranty is dependent on the appliance being serviced 12 months after installation by a HETAS or other similarly qualified engineer.

They also provide a Five Year Casting Warranty for the carcass of all cast iron stoves and the cast iron door of steel stoves.

Again, this excludes naturally wearing cast parts such as grate,

dampers, log retainers and baffles.
