8.0 Flue Options

For Twin Flue Systems fit the adaptors as follows:-

8.4Flue Duct Adaptor

1.Insert the inner sleeve into the flue duct outlet of the boiler flue adaptor. Engage the outer sleeve in the boiler flue adaptor. Ensure that it is pushed fully in. Take the air duct blank and fit into the outer sleeve and over the inner sleeve.

8.5Air duct adaptor

1.Undo the screws securing the blanking plate to the boiler top panel. Discard the plate.

2.There are three restrictor plates supplied in the kit. One marked ‘23’ and one marked ‘27’, these can be discarded

The third restrictor MUST be positioned as shown in the diagrams below.

3.Take one of the gaskets supplied in the kit and place on the boiler top panel.

4.Align the appropriate restrictor as shown. Position the second gasket over the restrictor.

5.Using the screws previously removed secure the inlet adaptor to the top panel.

6.Continue to fit the twin flue system.
