MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Once a Month

•Manually operate door,. If it is unbalanced or binding, call a trained door systems technician,.

•Check to be sure door opens and closes fully._Adjust limits and/or force if necessary (see pages 28 and 29)

,Repeat the safety reverse test. Make any necessary adjustments (see Adjustment Step 3)

Once a Year

•Oil door rollers, bearings and hinges. The opener does not require additional lubrication.Do not grease the door tracks,

TO Open the Door Manually

DISCONNECT	THE TROLLEY:	Trolley
The door should be fully closed if
possible,. Pull down on the
emergency release handle (so
that the trolley release arm snaps
into a vertical	position) and lift the	Trolley
door manually..The lockout		ReleaseArm
feature prevents the trolley from		0nManua_
reconnecting	automatically, and	Disconnect

Pull the emergency release handle toward the opener at an angle so that the trolley release arm is horizontal. The trolley will reconnect on the next UP or DOWN operation, either manually or by using the control console or remote..
