Place food towards the centre of the grilling grid. If food is outside this area it may require rotating during cooking. Food such as tomatoes and mushrooms requiring gentle heat should be placed towards the edge of the grid.

Place foods such as Shepherds pie and cauliflower cheese on the grill shelf to brown.

The chart below gives recommended cooking times and shelf positions. Remember that these are a guide and should be adjusted to suit personal taste.
