2)Above characteristics indicates heat pump heating operation, which does not include elctric heater operation.
3)Because this air conditioner heats a room by drawing in the heat of the outside
air (heat pump system), the heating efficiency will fall off when the outdoor temperature is very low, which consequently makes the room temperature decrease. At this time, heat is provided by the electric heater instead of heat pump. See page 44 for detail.
