STATUS INDICATORS

The electronic controls continuously diagnose the operational status of the dispenser and indicate as listed:

FLASHING 50% ON / 50% OFF – Glows while preparing for coolant to flow to the selected hopper. (Flashes for 10-seconds, then glows steady for two minutes.)

STEADY GLOW – Glows for two minutes before coolant flows to the selected hopper, then continues to glow while coolant flows.

The electronics also sense and indicate error conditions in the dispenser as listed:

ONE FLASH EVERY FOUR SECONDS – Cooling is needed by the selected hopper, but the auger isn’t turning. Try placing the AUGER switch for the selected hopper in the right position.
