Error conditions under which continued operation is possible are indicated by “Yes” in the chart on the next page.. To operate the oven in the event of an error code:

SELECT ONE OF THE available COOKING MODES..

SET THE OVEN CONTROLS AS IF OPERATING UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES..

Depending on the error code involved, oven function, such as temperature range, may be limited..

TOUCH THE START icon TO BEGIN COOKING.

TOUCH THE Stop icon WHEN TIMER EXPIRES.

The Combitherm will return to normal operation when the oven fault is corrected..
