BEFO RE INIT IAL USE:
1.Clean both the inte rior and exterior of the unit with a damp, clean cloth and mild soap solut ion. Rinse carefully.
2.Clean and insta ll the cabinet side racks. Shelves sho uld be posi tioned with the curved end up and tow ard the back of the unit (reach- in models ).
HEATIN G CHARACT ERIST ICS
The cabinet is equipped with a special heat ing cable. Through thi s Halo Heat con cep t, the heating cable is mou nted against the walls of the unit to provide an evenly applied heat sou rce con trolle d by a ther mos tat. The des ign and opera tional cha ract eristics of the unit eliminate the need for a moistu re pan or a heat circulating fan. Through even heat applic ation,
the quality of food produ cts is maintain ed up to sev era l hours or more .
