following before calling your Authorized Alto-Shaam®Service Agent:
☛	Check the power flow to the unit. Plug in outlet? Circuit breaker switch at back of unit turned on?
	Do not attempt to repair or serv ice the holding cabinet beyond this point. Contact Alto-Shaam®for the
	nearest authorized service agent. Repairs made by any other service agents without prior authorization
	by Alto-Shaam®will void the warranty on the unit.

		The main powe r switch is in the off positio n.
		Insufficient voltage

		Con trol is not calibra ted .
		Def ecti ve heating eleme nt or damaged heating
		ele ment conn ecti on.
Control	operat es but unit does not heat.	Def ecti ve air sen sor or poor sen sor con nec tio n.
		Con trol is not calibra ted .
		Open heating eleme nt or poor heating elemen t
		conn ecti on.
