Instructions

During quick start, you can increase the power of the normal cooking stage by pressing the button. Press the button to deactivate the quick start cooking function.

If no power level less than 9 is selected for the normal cooking stage after the quick start function has been activated, the function automatically deactivates after 10 seconds and the zone remains at power level 9.

If a high power level or the Power function has been selected, the function may deactivate if the maximum power is exceeded (see power management).

8.11 Plate warmer function (where applicable)

Using the plate warmer function , cooked food can be kept hot. This cooking zone function uses minimum power.

1.The saucepan is placed on a cooking zone after a cooking level has been set (e.g. 3).

2.Hold down the button to reduce the cooking level (... 3, 2, 1, ). Once is reached, the plate warmer function is activated.

3.To deactivate it, press the button once (0).

This function is only available for 120 minutes, after which the hob switches off.

8.12 Power function (cooking zone with P)

The Power function provides added power to the induction cooking zones. For example, this makes it possible to boil a large amount of water quickly.

The Power function is available for 10 minutes, after which the power level drops to 9 automatically.

1.A cooking zone needs to be switched on. The function light of the zone needs to be on. If necessary, activate the cooking zone selector.

2.Press the Power button once to activate the function. The power level indicator displays .

3.The Power function deactivates automatically after 10 minutes. goes off and power level 9 activates.

Please note:

To deactivate the Power function early, press the button or the Power button .
