11.6 Positioning the fastening clips

• Insert the fastening clips in each of the positions indicated by the arrows. The clips ensure that the hob will be fixed and centred as accurately as possible.

To install the clips into the hob, all you have to do is insert them horizontally into the appropriate space by applying light pressure.

Then turn them upwards to fix them in place.

11.7 Inserting the hob into the hole in the work surface

Be very careful when inserting the hob. If the process is not followed correctly as described, the hob may be damaged.

Insert the hob, resting the frame completely on the back

edge of the hole in the work surface. Do not apply pressure to the frame as this part is very fragile and could be damaged.

• Then lower the front of the hob until it is fully inserted.
