SETTING OVEN CONTROLS

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM CONTROL PAD SETTINGS

All of the features listed below have minimum and maximum time or temperature settings that may be entered into the control. An ENTRY acceptance beep will sound each time a control pad is touched (the acceptance beep on the Oven Lockout pad is delayed 3 seconds).

An ENTRY ERROR tone (3 short beeps) will sound if the entry of the temperature or time is below the minimum or above the maximum settings for the feature.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE SETTING ANY OVEN COOKING FEATURE

This appliance has been factory pre-set to start any BAKE, CONVECTION BAKE, CONVECTION ROAST or QUICK PREHEAT feature with the oven set temperature automatically set for 350°F. The BROIL or CONVECTION BROIL features are pre-set at 550°F. However if desired, the oven set temperature may be adjusted at any time during the cooking process. You may also choose to add a BAKE TIME or DELAY START with most of the functions listed above, unless specified in their corresponding section.

NOTE

The upper oven is not equipped with a convection fan & element. All the associated convection cooking features will not be available in this oven.

TEMPERATURE VISUAL DISPLAY

Your oven is equipped with a temperature visual display. When a cooking mode is set, the actual temperature will be shown in the display and will rise as the unit preheat. When the unit has reached its target temperature, a chime will sound to remind you to place the food in the oven. This feature will be active with some cooking modes;

BAKE, CONVECTION BAKE, CONVECTION ROAST and PIZZA.

NOTE

The lowest temperature that can be displayed is 100°F.
