GRILL COOKING GUIDE

Do not leave range unattended during “preheat” (knobs turned to “HI”) or anytime the knobs are turned to “HI” with food on the Grill or Griddle.

1.Preheat at HI setting for

5 minutes before grilling. Turn to heat setting in guide or your cookbook for the food you are grilling.

2.Trim excess fat from meat.

3.Before cooking steaks, slash fat around edges to prevent curling of meat.

4.Suggested cooking times should be used only as a guide, since variables in food can change cooking times.
