Beyond the Basics

using a microphone

Your mixer has a set of tone controls for the microphone so you can tailor its high and low frequency sounds.

1.For regular sound, leave MIC TREBLE and MIC BASS set to 0.

2.Rotate MIC TREBLE toward +10 to increase, or toward –10to decrease high frequency sounds.

3.Rotate MIC BASS toward +10 to increase, or toward –10to decrease low frequency sounds.

When you are not using your microphone, set OFF/ON/TALKOVER to OFF. The microphone’s input is turned off and all other audio input sources are unaffected.

1.To use your microphone, set OFF/ON/TALKOVER to ON. The microphone sound is mixed equally with the other audio input sources.
