The Basics

using your mixer

1.Set your output source’s volume to minimum and turn it on.

2.Press POWER to turn on the mixer.

3.Turn on the audio input sources you want to mix.

4.Preset the input signal levels and mix your audio input sources. Refer to the next two sections for details.

5.When you are finished, turn off all connected audio sources (amplifiers, tape decks, and so on), and press POWER to turn off the mixer.

To avoid overdriving a channel or prematurely mixing an audio input source, adjust your mixer to these settings:

CH 1, CH 2, and

MIC TREBLE and MIC BASS set to 0.

CH 3 set to 0.

CUE LEVEL set to 0.
