II. NORMAL OPERATION - STEP-BY-STEP
A.DAILYSTARTUPPROCEDURE
1.Check that the circuit breaker/fused disconnect is in the on position. Check that the window (if so equipped) is closed.
2. Turn the "BLOWER" () switch to the “ON” ("I") position.

5a. Press the or pushbuttons on the digi- tal temperature control- ler to adjust the set tem- perature, if necessary.
Note that the set tempera- ture is shown in the lower window of the display, while the actual oven temperature is shown in the upper window.
6a. Check that the "1" light illuminates. This shows that the burner or heating elements have been turned on.
The "2" light will illumi- nate while the oven heats to its minimum normal operating temperature of 200°F/93°C.

7a. Wait for the oven to heat to the set point temperature. Higher set point temperatures will require a longer wait. The oven can reach a temperature of 500°F (232°C) in approximately 15 minutes.
8a. Allow the oven to preheat for 10 minutes after it has reached the set point temperature.
