SAFETY COMPLIANCES

The GXV300x phone complies with FCC/CE and various safety standards. The GXV300X power adaptor is compliant with UL standard. Only use the universal power adapter provided with the GXV package. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damages to the phone caused by unsupported power adap- tors.

WARRANTY

If you purchased your GXV300x from a reseller, please contact the company where you purchased your phone for replacement, repair or refund. If you purchased the product directly from Grandstream, contact your Grandstream Sales and Service Representative for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before you return the product. Grandstream reserves the right to remedy warranty policy without prior notification.

Warning: Please do not attempt to use a different power adaptor. Using other power adaptor may dam- age the GXV300x and will void the manufacturer warranty.
