Operating the Tornado Oven

The Control Pad

Reference Figure 10.

1. Display

Displays operation and editing information.

2. Soft Keys

Eight keys adjacent to the display. Press a soft key to select an option on the screen adjacent to the key.

3. Arrow Keys

Press to navigate between screens, or within screen if editing a recipe. Also used to access “code entry” screen when pressed simultaneously from off or cooling down mode.

4. Stop Key

Press to immediately terminate a cook cycle.

5. Numeric Keys

Use to enter data in the edit mode, and to manually input cook times if the time screen is enabled (see page 15 and 18 for more detail).

6. Back Key

Press to return to a previous screen. If in idle mode, press to turn the oven off.

7. Enter Key

Used to save edited information in the edit mode and to confirm a code entry.

Press the back and enter keys simultaneously from the off or cooling down mode to access the “code entry” screen.
