This is the 3M-Matic™/AccuGlide™/Scotch®equipment you ordered. It has been set up and tested in the factory with Scotch® tapes. If technical assistance or replacement parts are needed, call or fax the appropriate number listed below.

Included with each machine is an Instructions and Parts List manual.

Technical Assistance / Replacement Parts and Additional Manuals:

Contact your local service provider. Provide the customer support coordinator with the model/machine name, machine type, and serial number that are located on the identification plate (For example: Model 800a - Type 40800 - Serial Number 13282).
