ASA-7211C/F Installation Guide

5Insert the adapter in the PCI expansion slot. Press the board

firmly into the slot until it clicks into place. Replace the slot

cover screw.

Note: Some ASA-7211 adapters are manufactured with

jumpers “hanging,” but not installed, on jumper

connectors J4 and J5. Do not install these jumpers.

6Close the computer cabinet and reattach the power cord.

Next, install the appropriate software driver for your operating

system. See Chapter3, Installing the I nitiator Mode Driver.
