Installing the Driver in Windows NT 4.0

To install the driver:
1Install your Adaptec iSCSI adapter according to the instructions
in Chapter 2.
2Start Windows and log in with administrative privileges.
3Insert the AdapteciSCSI installation CD.
4Open the Windows Control Panel.
5Double-click SCSI Adapters.
6Click the Drivers tab.
7Click Add.
8Click Have Disk.
9Click Browse and then browse to WinNT40 driver folder on the
installation CD.
10 Click Open.
11 Click OK.
12 Click Adaptec Storage Accelerator 7211 (NT 4.0).
13 Click OK and follow all Windows instructions. Windows will
prompt you to reboot your computer.

Updating the Driver in WindowsNT 4.0

To update the driver, you must first remove the driver. To remove
the driver:
1Open the Windows Control Panel.
2Double-click SCSI Adapters.
3Click the Drivers tab.
4Choose the appropriate driver from the list box.
